This photograph of a Yellow Crested Weedfish was taken at a depth of 8.8 metres on the Barge in the shallows of Cabbage Tree Island outside of the Port Stephens Heads NSW Australia on 12th November 2020.

I used my Nikon D500 digital SLR with a Sigma 17-70mm lens at 52mm and two Inon Z-330 strobes on low manual settings. ISO 160, 1/250th sec, aperture F3.8, Exposure Compensation 0.
