This image of a Frogfish featured in the Regaldive August 2008 monthly e-newsletter and was also used by Regaldive for the launch of a new website in 2009.

It was taken on The Canyon dive site by the shore near The Taba Hilton, Taba, Egypt at a depth of about 18.6 metres on 21st December 2005.

I used my Olympus C5060 compact camera at a focal length of 15mm on a manual exposure programme with two Inon D-180 strobes on manual settings. ISO 100, Aperture F8 and Shutter Speed 1/500th.
