This photograph of a Cownose Ray was taken in a depth of about 10 metres at 'Malcolm's Cove' (Yes, named after me but I cannot see the name sticking) near Broughton Island, NSW Australia on 17th April 2015.

I used my Nikon D7000 digital SLR with a 12-24mm Nikon lens at a focal length of 11mm on manual setting and two Inon Z-240 strobes on low manual settings. ISO 500, 1/100th sec, aperture F8, Exposure Compensation 0.
