This shot of a Longnose Hawkfish was taken at a depth of about 12 metres in Namena Marine Park, Fiji on 2nd March 2010 while on a Island Dancer II trip.

I used my Nikon D200 digital SLR on manual settings with a 60mm Nikkor lens and two Inon Z-240 strobes on low manual settings. ISO 200, aperture F9, shutter speed 1/125th, Exposure Compensation -0.7.
