This shot of a Saltwater Crocodile with my wife Mary looking down through a Snells Window, was taken in a depth of just a couple of metres off Schaumann Island, Kimbe Bay, New Britain Papua New Guinea on 8th December 2011.

It receved 5 first place votes in the British Society of Underwater Photographers' Focus On competition in January 2012.

I used my Nikon D200 digital SLR on manual settings with a 10-17mm Tokina lens at 10mm focal length with two Inon Z-240 strobes on low manual settings. ISO 200, shutter speed 1/125th and aperture F10.
