If you think urinary incontinence mainly affects older women, you’d be right. Up to fifty per cent of older women suffer. Just like Nicci “Scuba Squirrel” Johnson seen here in the leading photo. But there’s no need to put up with incontinence needlessly. Just don’t dive with Nicci.
In 2011 Nicci and I dived Swansea Bridge three times. Twice in April with Mick Todd when the dives were pretty good. In particular we saw a lot of octopuses and Nicci had a tug of war with one. And we saw striped catfish, big schools of surgeonfish, pufferfish, trevallie, cuttlefish, parrotfish and fanbellied leatherjackets. However our third dive in June, unchaperoned by Mick, was very disappointing. There was no slack tide at all, the light was poor and the visibility was equally bad. These three dives confirmed my first impression in 2009, purely from an underwater photography perspective. On its day this site can be really good but is not consistently reliable.
