I had never seen a mako, let alone photographed one but Andy Murch and Jacopo Brunetti put that right for me. Andy owns Big Fish Expeditions, Jacopo, Cabo Shark Dive and in the company of these two gentlemen, disappointment was not an option. 

Cabo Shark Dive is based in Cabo San Lucas, a resort on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula, arguably the best place in the world for mako sharks, smooth hammerheads and blue sharks. And that’s exactly what Andy and Jacopo delivered for me. Well that, great company and the local legend that is Pancho the Sea Lion! I had a brilliant time.
