In November 2013, while based in Valencia, I twice dived the El Raco dive site by Calpe’s imposing Rock of Ifach. This is on the Costa Blanca coast midway between Alicante and Valencia. Digger Irving of Valencia VIP helped me with the transport from Valencia, Javier de Miguel of Diving Javea sorted out all the dive logistics and both gentlemen kindly took some surface shots for me - I was very spoilt!

These two easy solo dives were extremely pleasant with the water 21 degrees and underwater visibility around 12 metres.
